  9.     SysPic is a small but powerful viewer-like program meant to show a picture
  10. during the boot time.
  11.  
  12.     Features:                  * - a star feature :-)
  13.  
  14.       o is small & VERY fast! (picture decompression routines written
  15.         in optimized assembly)
  16.     
  17.       o shows IFF-ILBM pictures of any size and resolution
  18.  
  19.       o supports AGA modes (also HAM8)
  20.  
  21.       o centers picture both horizontally & *vertically*
  22.  
  23.       * can fade-in picture and fade-out it to Workbench (with selectable
  24.         rate) - this works in asynchronous manner (i.e no delays) -
  25.         mouse pointer is also faded

  27.       * has a very powerful random selector - an option assures that
  28.         a picture won't show twice until all pictures are shown
  29.  
  30.       o forces Workbench to open behind the displayed picture so it can be
  31.         closed after whole Workbench initialization

  33.       * is iprefs-jump proof - sets overscan prefs before IPrefs will do it!

  65.       fades it out (usable for tests). Again Girish Nath's suggestion.
